1. Who does what
Stores and campaigns on Ink & Stitch are run by independent sellers — teams, clubs, schools, brands, and creators (“Sellers”). Ink & Stitch provides the tools, takes payment on the Seller’s behalf, and makes and ships the products that buyers (“Customers”) order.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order or open a store.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or is used for fraud.
3. Sellers
- You are responsible for the designs, names, and descriptions you publish, and for having the right to use them. See our IP policy.
- You set your own retail prices. Your earnings are the retail price less the base product cost and any fees shown in your dashboard, and are paid out as described there.
- You must not use a store to sell anything unlawful, hateful, or misleading.
4. Orders and payment
- Prices are in Philippine pesos and are shown at checkout, including any payment fees.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not see or store your full card or wallet details.
- An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Campaign orders are made in a batch after the campaign’s order window, so delivery dates depend on the campaign’s schedule.
5. Custom products, returns, and refunds
Every item is made to order with the Seller’s design, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or a wrong size choice. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email support@mail.inkandstitch.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it.
6. Content you upload
You keep ownership of the artwork you upload. You give us a licence to store, display, reproduce, and print it as needed to run your store and fulfil orders. We may remove content that breaks these terms or our IP policy.
7. AI design tools
Artwork produced with the studio’s AI tools can resemble existing work, and lettering or logos it draws are approximations. Review every design before you publish it; you are responsible for what goes to print.
8. Liability
We provide Ink & Stitch as it is and work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order or fees the claim is about.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; significant changes will be announced by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
