Intellectual Property Policy

Sellers design their own products on Ink & Stitch. This is how we expect them to treat other people’s work, and what to do if you find yours used without permission.

What Sellers agree to

By uploading a design, a Seller confirms they own it or have permission to use it — including every logo, team crest, character, photo, and font in it. Designs must not use:

  • another brand’s logo or trademark without a licence
  • characters, artwork, or photos someone else owns
  • a real person’s name or likeness for endorsement without consent

Reporting an infringement

If you own a copyright or trademark and believe a store is using it without permission, email support@mail.inkandstitch.co with the subject line “IP report” and include:

  • your name and contact details, and whether you are the owner or acting for them
  • the work or mark being infringed, with proof of ownership or registration where you have it
  • the link to each product or store you are reporting
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that your report is accurate

What happens next

We review every complete report. Where it holds up, we unpublish the product and pause production of any open orders for it, and tell the Seller why.

A Seller who believes the report is mistaken — for example, because they hold a licence — can reply with evidence, and we will restore the product if it checks out.

Repeat infringement

We close the stores of Sellers who repeatedly upload work they do not have the rights to.
